Stayed at Voco Strasbourg Centre The Garden By Ihg and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and high-quality amenities. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great close enough to the city center and train station while still being quiet and relaxing. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt cozy and elegant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Bel endroit, le spa est agreable l'eau est a bonne temperature. C'est dommage que l'odeur du restaurant ou des cuisines viennent dans tout l'hotel car ca sentait fort le poisson ou autre (heureusement l'odeur ne venait pas jusqu'a la chambre)

The hotel is good but there are hotels more good

Reise mit Mutter. Aufenthalt absolut angenehm. Zimmer schon, geraumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zimmer leise, weg vom Bahnhof gerichtet. Perfekt fur die Anreise mit dem Zug. Abends uber uns manchmal etwas larm, als wurde jemand Kugeln auf den Boden werfen oder mit Murmeln spielen. Personal sprach englisch und franzosisch. Weder positiv noch negativ uberrascht hat uns, dass man vom Bett aus auf das Klo bzw. in die Dusche sehen konnte. Jalousie, damit man es nicht mehr tun konnte. Wenn man gut und gerne zu Fuss unterwegs ist, ist man in 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt, sehr angenehm. Angenehm auch die Sicherheit, dass man ohne Schlusselkarte nicht den Aufzug verwenden kann. Ich habe mich auf dem Ruckweg aus der Stadt in das Hotel nie unsicher gefuhlt. Nicht genutzt wurde der Spa Bereich, der 9 Euro pro Stunde pro Person kostet, was fur mich viel scheint. Fruhstuck nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Nice hotel with decent facilities but the location is a wee bit off !

Titolo: ESPERIENZA DA INCUBO: Sporcizia, Topi e Totale Abbandono Voto: 0 Stelle (se fosse possibile) Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto o dalle luci esterne sul tetto messe li solo per fare scena: questo hotel e una trappola. Ho pagato per vivere un'esperienza degradante che non auguro a nessuno. Nonostante si spacci per un 4 stelle, la struttura ne meriterebbe meno di mezza. CAMERE E "SAUNA" FORZATA..... Nella stanza non funzionava assolutamente nulla. Il climatizzatore era rotto e le finestre erano bloccate, impossibili da aprire. Abbiamo passato la notte a sudare senza un filo d'aria, una vera e propria sauna forzata e irrespirabile. Nonostante le ripetute lamentele alla reception, non e stato fatto nulla. Personale totalmente privo di esperienza, professionalita e minima cordialita. IGIENE E SICUREZZA DA BRIVIDI: Muffa e sporcizia: Il bagno era un ammasso di muffa. Lavarsi era disgustoso: la vasca era sporca e i vetri non vedono una pulizia da mesi. Persino il letto e i pavimenti erano indecenti. Presenza di topi: La cosa piu grave e stata la presenza di topi nel garage e nei sotterranei. Abbiamo passato il tempo col terrore che i roditori potessero entrare in auto o danneggiarla. Una situazione igienica da denuncia immediata alle autorita sanitarie. CUCINA E RISTORAZIONE: La sala da pranzo e la cucina sono sporche e disorganizzate. Cibo scadente: Solo roba in scatola, niente di fresco. Niente salumi, formaggi o cereali. Degrado: La macchina del latte era incrostata e sporca. La frutta era vecchia ("sfatta") e la macedonia sembrava riciclata da giorni. CONCLUSIONE: E vergognoso che una struttura del genere sia aperta al pubblico. E un posto vecchio, mal gestito e infestato, dove la pulizia e un concetto sconosciuto. Ho girato molti hotel, ma uno schifo del genere non mi era mai capitato. STATE ALLA LARGA! Non buttate i vostri soldi e non mettete a rischio la vostra salute

A wonderful hotel, been there twice and definitely will go back every time I go to Strasbourg ! Edit : went there again this week end and it was wonderful again. Tho unfortunately, there's only central heating available or nothing so it was very hot at night and we had a hard time sleeping. On the 2nd night, we opened the window and it was great.
