Belfry & Spa by Ligne St Barth à Lourdes

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Belfry and all the staff were really welcoming and supportive. Our special warm greetings and thanks to Melissa (she even spoke little bit of Korean with us - what a pleasant surprise). I wish I would have used the warm relaxing pool before I left.

Il n'y aura pas de 5eme annee dans votre hotel qui ne merite aucune etoile. Vous avez du chemin a faire!

the hotel is excelent, service is go beyond expectation. hand out for the best place to relaxing, enjoying the trip. we wish to extend the stay longer. it also very close to the church. we definitely will come back.

Tres bon sejour personnel tres attentif

I visited the Grand Hotel Belfry & Spa and overall had a very positive impression. The hotel presents itself as a high-quality and elegant 5-star property. The entrance area is impressive, with refined chandeliers, stylish decor, and a beautifully designed bar that creates a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The interior is very clean, well maintained, and pleasantly scented. The dining area is also very beautiful and contributes to the overall upscale ambiance. At the same time, the outdoor area did not reflect the same level of quality during my visit. I noticed dirty chairs, uncleared dishes, paper on the ground, and bird droppings on tables and the floor. In my opinion, this does not correspond to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this category. The bar service was generally friendly and professional. I had a glass of local red wine, Torus. I was informed that, since the bottle was nearly empty, I would be offered the rest. However, this did not happen, and I had to raise the issue myself. At one point, I was even asked to pay EU12 for a glass that was only about one-third full. In my opinion, this is not fully in line with the level of attention, consistency, and respect expected in a 5-star hotel. I consider this important feedback for management, especially regarding service quality and attention to detail. I was not able to visit the rooms or spa area, as access is reserved for guests. This review is therefore based on the publicly accessible areas and my personal experience on site. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful interior, a luxurious atmosphere, and clear high-end potential. With more consistent service and better maintenance of the outdoor area, the experience could fully match the standard the property aims to represent. Magnifique Etablissement dont les Etoiles brillent tant a l'exterieur qu'a l'interieur! Chambre tres spacieuses et tres bien equipees! Reception Personnel aux petits soins et un restaurant qui n'a rien a envier au plus grand etoile! Une adresse incontournable! Mille Mercis pour ce sejour!

For a 5 star hotel its well maintained, clean smells really good inside, great amenities, warm staff and very good food. Room is spacious but if you want to really know.. you have to try.. for me it is the best i think here in Lourdes.

Un super hotel tres bien place dans Lourdes ! Une piscine et un jaccuzzi au top ainsi que le personnel de l hotel. En revanche, tres decue que la Direction ne m est pas contacte suite a un probleme rencontre avec un serveur lors de mon diner au restaurant... Attention, vous ne pouvez pas fumer si vous prenez une chambre avec balcon, dommage !

The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful! It may not be a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion, it is the best hotel in Lourdes.

5 nights spent at the Belfry Hotel and Spa, we had an exquisite stay, delightful superior room, amazing views, great central locality for exploring, very helpful and accommodating reception team, restaurant evening meals were outstanding as were the staff/chefs, we only made breakfast once and it catered for hot and cold options, the hotel facilities were clean and although there was not lift to the swimming pool, Reception Team explored options so that access to pool and spa was possible, via a side gate. Rooms were serviced twice a day, with evening service having bed dressed down and chocolates. Our visit was just out of season, so a little quiet but still plenty of restaurants and shops opening, just had to plan open/close timing. Access to religious sites was easy, and the hotel were able to put me in touch with a local Mobility Scooter hire, RideFreely, which was also an excellent and reliable service at a good daily rate. Overall I would take 5 stars, thank you too all the team and I would highly recommend for future stays.

Merveilleusement bien place en face du sanctuaire et du Pau, la chambre bien agencee et equipee, les espaces spa piscine sont un veritable plus, le parking est un plus. Merci a l'equipe pour les differentes attentions tout au long du sejour.
