My stay at Manoir Henri Giraud last month was nothing short of extraordinary. Located in the heart of Ay, this is not just a hotel -- it is a complete immersion into the world of Champagne Henri Giraud. From the moment I arrived, I felt something special. The room was absolutely stunning -- elegant, warm, intimate, and beautifully designed. Every detail reflects craftsmanship and heritage. You don't just stay here -- you live the philosophy of the house. Dining at the Table Experience was unforgettable. The Champagne and food pairing was beyond imagination -- precise, expressive, and deeply emotional. Each course enhanced the character of the cuvees, showcasing purity, depth, and texture in a way that only true masters can achieve. It was not simply dinner; it was a journey through terroir and time. And the Spa with Clay -- absolutely a must-try! A unique ritual that you can only experience at Henri Giraud. The treatment connects you directly to the chalk and soil of Champagne in the most relaxing and meaningful way. Pure indulgence, yet deeply authentic. I never imagined I would have the opportunity to experience something like this. It is rare, intimate, and truly unforgettable. Nous avons vecu une veritable experience, tout etait parfait. De l'accueil, au petit dejeuner, en passant par la table d'experience extraordinaire ( un veritable accord Champagne et mets) et des soins a la craie qui ont ete realises a merveilles. La visite de la cave est un plus et tres interessante afin de comprendre le travail a effectuer pour arriver a ce champagne d'exception. La chambre etait superbe, le spa etait tres propre et nous a vraiment permis de nous detendre. Merci a tout le personnel d'avoir ete aux petits soins et d'avoir rendu ce sejour aussi unique. Fantastic experience, champagne tasting with dinner paired. The chef is amazing, we all had an excellent evening. Super impressed with all parts of the afternoon and evening. Can strongly recommend their champagnes.

I don't know where to begin. My fiance and I did a 2 week euro trip and hands down this was the best stay of them all. From the very moment we arrived, Pauline greeted us so warmly and helped with all of our (heavy) luggage. The entire staff we encountered felt like family. Alexandra's crayotherapie treatment literally put me to sleep -- so good! We stayed in the Golden Terrace Suite and it felt like our little slice of heaven. Chef Elizabeth made a delicious breakfast, totally customized to our desires. Laurine took us through a thorough and informative tour and tasting. All around 12/10. We are already planning how we can get back ASAP and telling all of our friends. Book it - I promise you won't regret such a thoughtful, luxurious and unique stay. For our wedding anniversary, we booked the Bain de Terroir package and were pampered from start to finish--special thanks to Olivia for her exceptional hospitality! The Manoir is beautifully decorated, with each of the five rooms offering unique charm (we highly recommend checking them out on their website). We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the stunning Golden Suite, filled with natural light, a luxurious bathroom, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a terrace overlooking the vineyards--pure bliss! Alexandra, a truly gifted therapist, treated us to the unique Crayotherapie with chalk and grape seed oil--an absolute highlight! Later, a private tour gave us fascinating insight into the champagne-making process, where we learned how small adjustments create their exquisite final product. The evening ended on a high note with an incredible gourmet menu and paired with gorgeous champagnes, thanks to our "private chef" for the night, Elisabeth Cloutier. Every detail was perfection! A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable--we've officially become friends of Domaine Henri Giraud and can't wait to return!

Really an unbelievable stay at the Manoir Henri Giraud & Spa. Amazing hotel with fantastic service! Highly recommend doing the table experience, which was super informative and a great way to get introduced to Henri Giraud Champagne!

We had an incredible time in Manoir Henri Giraud! Pauline and Nicolas made us really feel at home. They are warm, friendly, helpful and professional. One of the very best experiences. The spa is awesome too. It includes body wrap with chalk, massage and mask. It was super relaxing and enjoyable. The therapist was very skillful. I did feel pampered. The chef dinner is another highlight. It's an intimate session with small group of people. The set up and atmosphere made us feel like at home having dinner with friends. The pairing was well designed and showing beautifully. There's only one small issue with the glasses - there's a smell probably caused by the detergent they used. Overall a wonderful experience and I'd love to visit them again.

This place is way more than 5* it's at a level that you can't imagine. The care for details is at a level that I haven't experienced even at the most expensive hotels in ME. On our next visit to Champagne, Manor Henri Giraud will be the place to stay.

Unbelievable experience. My wife and I stayed here one night to have tasting with HG and to visit some other houses in Ay. I wish we would have stayed here longer and frankly, we didn't need to go elsewhere for tastings. First, when we arrived we were very warmly welcomed and of course, offered a glass of champagne. Turns out, we were the only one staying at HG and had the house/ hotel to ourselves. What a treat! The rooms are amazing and the service was unreal. We then made sure to do the full tasting/ dinner and it somehow surpassed even the highest expectations. Ebby at HG hosted us and we had so much fun and enjoyed the food and the wine so much. I cannot recommend enough that you reserve the dinner/ tasting experience. It honestly ruined our visits to other nearby houses because there was no way they could have impressed the way Ebby and HG did. This is probably a good time to mention that if you have not tried Henri Giraud champagne, stop reading and go find a bottle immediately. The following morning they served us breakfast via room service and of course, it was exceptional (and a lot of food). We honestly did not want to leave. I'm writing this review the next day and so I'm still thinking about it, but I can't remember a stay at any hotel anywhere in the world where we were so warmly welcomed and the service/ rooms were so so good. You really must visit HG and we cannot wait to come back.

Mille merci pour ce moment suspendu dans le temps au coeur de nos vies agitees ! Un cocon de bienveillance, de convivialite, de bien-etre, de luxe et de savoir-faire : chaque experience etait juste parfaite ! Le spa avec son hammam accompagne de son infusion maison, la chambre a couper le souffle ou rien ne manque, la visite de la cave et la soiree degustation animes par Lise que nous n'oublierons jamais, et pour finir en douceur le lendemain, un soin a la craie avec bain et massage, la encore parfait grace aux doigts de fees d'Alexandra. Ce week-end bien-etre en Champagne etait juste parfait ! Encore merci a toute l'equipe pour votre accueil.

The manoir is truly a stay worth savouring and Ebby and the team, did a fantastic job bringing the wine and food experience alive. The chalk hydro spa, with plenty of bubbles of course, cannot be missed. The rooms are stylish but work brilliantly with the manoir's external, old world style. I've visited H.G twice and will definitely return. Truly a luxury, yet relaxed and authentic champagne experience. Sante
