We took delivery of our beautiful Burford hot tub a few months ago and it's been a fantastic addition to our pool area and Airbnb and retreat offering. Nicola and Tim were beyond helpful while we were considering the purchase and provided us with info and contacts to help us make the right choice. No question was too small or stupid. Installation was a breeze - they took care of everything and more. I can't recommend them, or getting a wood fired hot tub, more highly.

Nicola and Tim brought our Winchcombe (8-9 person) Hot Tub down to our Gite, having stored it over the summer for us. We are delighted with the tub and already enjoying all the benefits it brings. The site was tight and the delivery was challenging but Tim did a tremendous job of getting it all up and running and adding the filter that we ordered. The level of personal service and the nice touches that Nicola provided made it a really memorable and enjoyable day and we hope that both family and Gite guests will get many hours of enjoyment, relaxing in the tub and soaking in the amazing Pyrenean views. From the beginning of our enquiry through to delivery, installation and after care service this company has been professional, very informative, punctual in replies and delivery. They have an excellent product knowledge and take pride in their service and after sales care. When Nicola and Tim came to install the hot tub, they helped us patiently with the many questions we asked of them. They were warm, friendly and professional. I would 100 per cent recommend this company. The hot tub is of very high quality with lights, jets and air. It is wonderful to sit in the warmth of the hot tub in the garden watching the stars. I have slept like a baby after using this. The company is based in Limoges, Central Southern France. We are over 6 hours away Normandy. We had a Hot Tub in the UK for many years and so are used to the relaxation that they can offer, so were eager to get one in France and the Wood Fired ones offered by Hot Tubs in France looked perfect, particularly the Kingham Hydro. Tim gave a great service installing the tub for us and great advice on how to use the wood burner. We were not disappointed, it's easy to use, the jets are fantastic and it looks great in the garden! We wanted a log burner hot tub and we were pleased to find Hot tubs in France. We went and viewed them Nicola and Tim were really helpful great communication and installation. Now really enjoying cooling off in the hot weather.

Great communication from start to finish.... The hot tub was set up and ready to go within hours. All we had to do was start the fire! They offered knowledge and information on various equipment (chlorine tabs/ lid lifter etc) and sent links for suppliers. Overall, a lovely couple, running an efficient business with outstanding service.

Excellent products and service from Nicola and Tim. We bought a sauna and hot tub. Both are so easy to use. The sauna heats up in 20 mins and with 2-3 log stays at temperature for 1-2 hours. The tub heats up in 2-3 hours - perfect when you fancy a quick dip on an evening.

We have bought hottub Burford Deluxe and are very happy with it. After a long day of hard work, it is very nice to get in the tub and relax. The service of Nicola and Tom is very good. We highly recommend them.

Nicola and Tim were incredibly helpful in introducing us to the benefits of wood fired hot tubs. We ordered a Kingham, expertly delivered and installed by Tim, and now have the benefit of enjoying the relaxing experience of sitting under the stars and getting up early to watch the day dawn. We are amazed with how efficient it is. One small fire once a day and we have a lovely warm tub for 24 hours. Thank you Nicola and Tim it's the best purchase we have made since arriving in France.

Nicola and Tim are great to work with. They have the help and knowledge you need to buy your tub from them with confidence. Such a lovely couple. With regards too the product this is our second model as we liked the brand so much. With rising energy prices we feel that by using the log burner for heat it makes a luxury item still affordable and a great piece for the house. We use ours all year round in fact more so in the winter. You can't beat a glass of what you fancy, looking up at the stars in a lovely hot tub.
