Villa Royale à 9e arrondissement de Paris

Siamo stati in questo hotel 3 gg,da Lunedi 25 a Mercoledi 27.Appena arrivati ci ha accolto una ragazza gentile,ed e stata l'unica cosa positiva.Entrati nella stanza faceva un calore insopportabile,sono sceso alla reception per commentare che il condizionatore non funzionava e mi hanno risposto che un tecnico sta risolvendo il problema,ma questo non e mai avvenuto,penso che prendono in giro i clienti,visto che i commenti anteriori dicono lo stesso e non siamo gli unici ad aver vissuto questa disavventura!Abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte aperte e si sentivano tutti i rumori,cosa molto incomoda e non sicura!L'hotel e molto antico e tutto in moquette degli anni 80,ci picca tutto il corpo,porta del bagno rotta!Colazione da supermercato,tutto industriale!Un hotel non degno di 4 stelle!

No volveria , nos han enganado ! Tiempo de 34 grados sin aire acondicionado, notificas y dicen que lo van arreglar , pasan de todo !

La chambre meriterait un amenagement, la structure du baldaquin n'a pas raison d'etre. Les rebords de fenetre laissent a desirer. Un hotel qui a certainement un certain charme. Tres authentique et atypique. Emplacement ideal,secteur de Pigalle tres anime,pres de nombreuses rues commercantes. La salle des petits dejeuners,un peu etrange,certes refaite a neuf,mais pas de fenetre car au sous sol. Le petit dejeuner,un peu frugal,les produits sont essentiels des surgeles,dommage. En revanche,le personnel trop sympa,au top de la bienveillance,les dames du petit dejeuner,des amours de belles personnes. Les messieurs << veilleurs de nuit >>disponibles,erudits,tres a l'ecoute. Bravo.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, plus de 30 degres dans la chambre (une suite quand meme) impossible d'ouvrir les fenetres car Pigalle en week end c'est hyper bruyant, nous avons tres mal dormi dommage. Le jacuzzi n'etait pas hyper clean (traces de bougies fondue.. Il manquait le rideau pour isoler les toilettes du reste de la chambre, intimite limite... pourtant on voyait bien le scratch sur le contour de la porte vitree.. La deco est belle mais le tout est a rafraichir. Nous sommes ressortis et avec enormement de piqures, j'ose esperer que ce ne sont pas des punaises de lit...

This hotel is beautiful and unique, the hospitality was great. I had a nice stay.

Pleasant staff; shabby room. Stayed at the hotel 22 years ago for our honeymoon. It doesn't look like they have done any upkeep or maintenance in that time. Missing fittings, broken shower head, etc Not sure how it's 4 stars

Vi bodde har tva natter i april. Laget ar riktigt centralt och kanslan ger precis den dar Moulin Rouge-kanslan, har ar langt ifran minimaliskt utan dekadent och dramatiskt. Badkaret var lite svart att forsta sig pa, men vi fick allt att funka och vi trivdes bra! Extra plus till den fantastiska kvinnan i frukostserveringen som var gullig mot var son och hjalpte till att plocka fram kakor han tyckte om pa frukosten.

My stay at Villa Royale far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was spectacular, and a special thank you to Riad at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Paris and enjoy the surrounding area. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were excellent from start to finish. I had the view of the Montmarte from my hotel balcony which made my stay even more special and the Jacuzzi was well needed after a long day of walking! I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm back in Paris. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience. We booked a junior suite last weekend of over EU300 per night, but this was absolutely not worth the money. The room did not match the photos at all - the luxurious look was completely missing and it felt anything but like a "suite". As if that wasn't bad enough, the air conditioning didn't work while it was 28 degrees outside. Inside it was stuffy and just not to do. We have indicated this several times, but nothing serious was done about it. No solution, no alternative, nothing at all. Because we were really done with it, we called on Saturday asking if we could check out and cancel the night so we could stay somewhere else. This was simply refused. There was no thought at all, while we clearly indicated how bad the situation was. The only "compensation" we received was EU16 per day for breakfast, which in itself was substandard. This is out of proportion to what we have had to go through. We were really looking forward to our weekend in Paris, but this hotel has completely ruined it. For this price you can really expect something different. Absolutely not recommended and we will never come back here

Je suis tres ravie de notre sejour dans cette magnifique hotel pour notre petite escapade romantique sur Paris ,on nous a tres bien accueilli et les chambres sont incroyable et la decoration est super jolie

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I would especially like to highlight the Monsieur at the reception who checked me in on the day of my arrival. He was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. He took the time to tell me about the history of Paris, the neighborhood, and Place Pigalle, which made me feel the unique atmosphere of the area right from the beginning. His kindness and professionalism truly impressed me and made my stay even more special. Merci beaucoup for such a warm welcome -- I would be happy to come back!

Comfy, bourgeoisie but a bit tired! If you are looking for a slightly quirky, quite original hotel in a location that's easy to get about the city from, this is a good place. But, the decor is a little tired, a few things in the rooms don't work (just old really) but the bed was super comfy. There is air-conditioning but doesnt work too well so in very hot weather it may be uncomfortable. Plus you are right at a road junction which whilst has a pleasant island with fountain, close to metro station whichbis brill but is very busy with people in bars and stuff till late. Take ear plugs and you'll be fine. You can hear the vibe of life here is what I would say We stayed in a room with spa bath, sounded great but...that was the only option for bathing, shower attachment but you have to stand/sit and hold it so be worth checking exactly what you are getting when you book. The water was fine though and spa bath was lovely although again, a little dated. We didn't eat in the hotel but there is a cafe overlooking the plaza on ground floor (separate to hotel) and loads of great restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant for breakfast is in the basement like many city centre hotels. Very close to Moulin Rouge, theatres and the main strip of sex shops but felt quite safe in the area. Lots of refurbishment work of buildings going on. Overall ok, if you want somewhere you'll literally be sleeping in then fine, but if you want a stay with a little peace from the city - prob not best choice.
