Life saving oasis of peace in a hot crazy and busy 7-th Arrondissement. Had an emergency and had to change accommodations mid trip. Super courteous fast and professional staff beautiful spaces and high quality of...everything! will return!

Le cinq Codet is a surprising and literally hidden gem. Tucked a way behind big attractions as Napoleons tomb and the Eiffel Tower. The facade is beautiful, but does not scream for attention. Before you have parked your car, the doormen and valet have already spotted you and are ready for service. Check in is smooth with a multilingual and very attentive staff. There is so much to see because the hotel is filled with art. The rooms are spacious and modern with high ceilings and lots of light coming through the big windows. The barman makes a few good cocktails, breakfast is of a good quality and the spa facilities and hidden terrace make this my new hotel of choice for my next visits to Paris.

My go to place in Paris. The room is quite small but charming, clean, and well maintained. It is extremely well located, calm, safe. And I like the service. I feel at home when I come here.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Everything was really great overall. The only downside was that the breakfast could have had more variety. Other than that, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Emplacement parfait. Chambre spacieuse et tout confort. Petit dejeuner delicieux. Personnel tres sympathique et agreable : Steven au restaurant , Neil et un voiturier qui nous ont aide avec notre voiture en panne.

Really great service and location. We arrived early and the manager got us a room to put our bags and change in while our room got ready - huge for helping reset the jet lag. Super helpful staff and fantastic location to walk to everything.

I hadn't planned to leave a review of this hotel, but the experience has lingered with me ever since my stay. My partner and I booked a duplex room for a birthday trip in late November 2025. We arrived late in the evening and went out to find food, but when we returned, we discovered that the room was infested with bugs. They were on the bed sheets, across the walls, and even on the mattress. I'm not certain what type of bugs they were, but the situation did not seem to be handled with the urgency or seriousness it deserved. At around 3am, we were shown two alternative rooms, but after carefully checking the walls, bedding, and mattresses, we found that both rooms also had visible bugs. With no real option available that night, we ended up trying to sleep on the downstairs couch in our room. For a hotel charging over PS290 per night and presenting itself as five-star, this was extremely disappointing. Needless to say, we barely slept, constantly checking the linen out of concern. The hotel refunded our first night and moved us to a different floor the following morning, as the night staff explained they couldn't authorise a room change until a manager was present. Even then, it was difficult to relax or feel comfortable, as we no longer trusted the cleanliness of the rooms. We were also offered complimentary breakfast, though it wasn't clearly explained that this applied for the duration of our stay, so we weren't able to fully make use of it. As someone who travels frequently and stays in hotels around the world, this experience has had a lasting impact. Since this stay, I've found it difficult to fully relax in hotels, often worrying about the possibility of similar issues. Despite our traumatic stay, the hotel room is beautifully decorated but we do not feel we could stay here again until the hotel can prove that all bug infestation issues have been resolved.

Overall a beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Paris. SUPERB!

Very small rooms, you can't turn around. Not worth it for the price/quality ratio. The hotel is just new and nothing else for that money. The breakfast is very poor, and there is a lot of waiting for service, everything is always empty. Very big disappointment.
