Absolutely love this Cozy, Clean, comfy hotel. The staff are Amazing!!! 5 star helpful concierge with all things 1st time Paris vacation! Comfy beds, well appointed rooms, minibars. We will come back. The neighborhood is divine....cafes with yummy food, wine store, fresh chocolate, pharmacy and fruit shops ~ I'm all in. Dreaming about this place....

We always book at your hotel every year since 2022. Service, rooms and breakfast are all superb. Can't imagine staying elsewhere in Paris. Looking forward to next year again.

During our stay, there were already multiple service issues that were unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Housekeeping was poorly managed -- the bedding was not properly changed, used cups were not consistently replaced, and staff even touched our personal belongings and placed them inside drawers without permission. At one point, housekeeping staff also removed one of the room keys that had been left inserted in the room for unknown reasons. We considered this a serious security issue and raised a complaint with the manager. Because of these repeated problems, the hotel offered us champagne as an apology gesture. At that time, the manager also offered to arrange a taxi for us. Initially, he believed we were going directly to the airport and even mentioned covering the airport taxi fare. When we explained that we were transferring to another hotel instead, he said he would arrange that taxi instead. To avoid any misunderstanding, we specifically asked again whether the taxi would be complimentary, and he clearly told us that it was free of charge. We had already been using Uber perfectly fine throughout Paris, so there would have been absolutely no reason for us to suddenly request a more expensive taxi service ourselves. The entire conversation clearly implied that this was being offered as a complimentary gesture due to the issues we experienced during our stay. What made the situation even more ridiculous was that we later ended up being charged for the taxi ourselves, despite being explicitly told multiple times that it was complimentary. Instead of acknowledging that incorrect information had been provided by the staff, the hotel later described the situation merely as a "misunderstanding," making it feel as though we had misunderstood English or fabricated the story ourselves. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but this was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. I chose not to argue at the hotel because I did not want to ruin the rest of my trip, but now I regret staying quiet. J'ai reserve la prestation spa duo hammam bain a remous 30deg et massage sur la plateforme Sezame pour un moment de detente et de bien etre comme le promettait le descriptif. Quelle deception!!! Le bain a remous etait froid et des clients de l'hotel sont venus avec des enfants dans le spa ce qui, avec leurs cris, n'etait plus du tout un espace de detente. Ainsi etait- ce normal qu'il aientcomme privilege de gacher mon moment de detente sous pretexte que ce sont des clients de l'hote!!??? La jeune femme de l'accueil a affirme avoir appele un technicien chauffagiste.Mais je constate en lisant les avis de clients precedents que ce probleme se repete et les employes font mine de le decouvrir, notamment le receptionniste Fabrice, particulierement desagreable qui n'a pas eu un mot d'excuses pour ce cadeau gache, et qui a laisse a la jeune employee le soin terminer ma reclamation. JE NE RECOMMANDE VRAIMENT PAS ce Spa qui ne merite ni ses tarifs ni ses etoiles!!!!!

Mon experience au spa a ete tres agreable et parfaite en tous points : de l'accueil a l'hotel a l'accueil par le personnel du Spa. Les lieux sont d'une proprete irreprochable et propices a la relaxation. L'espace d'attente est tres bien pense (sieges confortables, tisanes et boissons detox a disposition et eclairage feutre...). Un grand MERCI a Marie pour sa gentillesse, son attention, son grand professionnalisme et son savoir-faire. Son massage a ete l'un des meilleurs massages que j'ai eu, encore merci. Sans oublier les produits utilises qui sentent divinement bon.

Kompetent und umfassenden Service vom Empfang bis zum Abschied. Gediegene stillvolle Zimmerausstattung und immer a jour gestellt, mit erfreulichen kleinen Uberraschungen am Abend sei es Tee oder ein Bettmumpfeli. Man fuhlt sich sehr wohl und ich kann das zentral gelegene Hotel warmstens empfehlen!

The location and interior were very nice, with a modern and calm atmosphere. I also appreciated that complimentary water was provided every day. However, I was disappointed with the service. There were days when towels were not provided, and the sizes were inconsistent, which made the overall experience feel unreliable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working at first and only became usable after I requested assistance. The staff service also varied depending on the person, and there were moments when the experience was not very pleasant. Overall, considering the price range, I do not feel that the quality of service was worth it. I would not stay here again.

Rafael (I think that is his name) was extra helpful to me. He expedited laundry and helped me to ship my suitcase back home.

Nous sommes venus dans cet etablissement pour profiter du spa et souhaitions partager notre experience. Le massage et l'attention du personnel etaient vraiment excellents. En revanche, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui est decevant pour un spa. De plus, des clients de l'hotel utilisaient la piscine avec leurs enfants, ce qui a nui au calme et a l'ambiance detente que nous etions venus chercher. Nous attendons egalement toujours le geste commercial qui nous avait ete evoque. Par ailleurs, en sortant du massage, il n'y avait plus personne a l'accueil du spa pour nous accompagner ou nous saluer, ce qui est surprenant. Pour une experience a ce prix, cela reste decevant..
