A very disappointing and expensive mistake. Visited during a heat wave and had emailed from London to ensure they had air con. When I arrived at the hotel in late afternoon- my room was hot! I went to dinner and upon my return two hours later--it never changed. They brought me a fan! For $500 this was unacceptable. Manager literally promised me a big new room w air con the next night. I had to repack all bags before heading to the French Open. 12 hours of blistering sun/tennis, I returned at 1030 pm and guess what? Dark room--not as nice as the first one--and no air con. At 1030 pm the desk clerk had no ability to help. I was stuck. My Parisian dream trip ruined by an incompetent hotel. Also--when a tennis player walked into the lobby --Ann completely deserted our conversation mid stream and ran over to him to see how his day had gone. It was rude and pretty outrageous behavior for a hospitality professional. Wasn't I an esteemed guest too? No--I wasn't. I expect a substantial refund for the things undelivered--peaceful and comfortable sleep. Water pressure and to be treated well. They didn't deliver. I'd avoid.

A truly positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers plenty of facilities: a spa, swimming pool, and gym, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The room was medium-sized, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed, and a truly beautiful bathroom. I also really appreciated the thoughtful in-room details: bathrobe and slippers, a coffee corner with a coffee machine and kettle, a hairdryer, and especially the clothes steamer, which was super useful! I was assigned a room on the first floor: not my preferred option, as I often had to keep the curtains closed to avoid people looking in, but overall it did not affect my stay. The included breakfast was very generous and enjoyable. Perhaps I would have appreciated a few more options for guests with gluten or lactose intolerance, but with fruit, muesli, bread, and jam, you can still have a good breakfast. The only small things I missed, compared with other hotels (even non-4-star ones) were a wardrobe, a larger desk to work at, and a toothbrush and toothpaste kit. Aside from this, the stay was very pleasant, and I would gladly return!

This hotel and stay was absolutely amazing!! the staff, room, service and hotel overall was just brilliant. The team helped us celebrate our engagement and they went above and beyond, Marco and the entire team couldnt have done anything more! Love the cleanliness and style of the property. The spa is a welcomed surprise - bigger than expected!

This is a lovely small hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants, conveniently situated between three metro stops and within easy walking distance to Trocadero and Place Charles de Gaulle and many museums.

Great customer service from start to finish. Loved our Eiffel Tower room with a view and will be making this our go to for when we come to Paris. Our room was perfect, we throughly enjoyed all the amenities although we weren't there long enough to enjoy them, we did go down to look at the sauna, gym, and pool and all were super nice and looked like the would offer a very relaxing time. Only downside we had was one night our water in the shower couldn't get hot, we chalked it up to it being due to numerous people in the building or on our floor showering before us but we didn't worry about it much. All in all great experience would high recommend for all to stay here while visiting Paris. Great access to the metro lines, gives you the views without feeling like you're stuck in the tourist traps, worth the price and of course the customer service takes it over the top.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. The staff was exceptionally nice, most spoke English, which helped with my own language barrier. Absolutely get the breakfast included, it's worth every penny. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was delicious. Great location if the Eiffel Tower is a priority. Rooms were no smaller than an anything else you'd find in the neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again.

Very good hotel, with excellent location & friendly staff. Only downside was the room, which was slightly on the small side given we had Child, dog & two adults.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It's a small boutique hotel located slightly outside the very central areas of Paris, but still conveniently close to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable - I slept really well throughout my stay. The staff were also incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The spa area was a great bonus, with a nice swimming pool. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit farther from some of the main central attractions, so you may need to plan your transport accordingly. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was excellent with very high-quality service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a great mattress and pillows that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience.
