Le Petit Beaumarchais Hotel & Spa à 11e arrondissement de Paris

Personnelle ridiculement intrusif et qui nous epie dans l'hotel. Nous avons pris un supplement spa pour deux. Le receptionniste refuse l'acces a la chambre apres le spa pour deux malgre la facturation d'une taxe de sejour supplementaire. Justifie que c'est les consignes de la direction. Pour un 4 etoiles, la maniere de proceder et le ton est ridicule et deplace (intrusion dans le spa pour nous rappeler de payer alors que nous sejournons a l'hotel). Pour ces raisons je vous deconseille fortement, le service n'est clairement pas a la hauteur et la maniere de faire est scandaleuse. Dommage car le personnel de jour etait adorable, mais la direction devrait plutot revoir la maniere dont cet employe traites les clients.

Nothing but positive feedback from our stay. Located less than two minutes from Bastille metro station, it's so easy to get around. Very friendly and helpful staff - gave our kiddo a pan au chocolate as we were waiting in the lobby just because. We are in the family room which has a large double bed and two single beds separated by a curtain. Great for families and thank goodness the rooms have AC because we are in a crazy heat wave! Highly recommend booking here.

La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere alcuni luoghi di interesse compresa la stazione gare de l'est a 30 minuti a piedi. Lo staff si e rivelato gentilissimo, disponibile e molto accogliente. La spa piccola ma essendo ad uso esclusivo, mi e piaciuta molto. L'unica delusione la camera : piccola fredda e la vista.. due finestre che si affacciavano su un alto muro!.. frigo bar assente. Se non fosse per la presenza della spa, lo considererei caro in rapporto alla mia esperienza personale. Consiglio per coppie, per w.e. romantici, ma per famiglie forse e piccolo.

Although our room was small with a queen bed it was very nice. Good bathroom. I believe for Parisian Hotels small rooms are normal. Service by staff was very good. Breakfast was fabulous and very cute cafe. Great location next to Bastille metro and walking distance to many attractions. Would recommend.

While the hotel is clean the bed was awfully uncomfortable, the room was tiny small (even for paris). The AC didn't work. Just spare yourself and stay elsewhere cause this was quite mediocre.

I had a lovely stay and was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The Atmosphere & Service The staff were incredibly pleasant, contributing to a friendly and calm atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The bar service was equally impressive, offering a great selection of drinks in a relaxed setting. The Room & Amenities My room was excellent--clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a hassle-free stay. It was the perfect space to retreat to after a day of exploring. Spa & Wellness The spa is absolutely charming and serves as a wonderful way to unwind. It's a standout feature if you're looking to de-stress during your trip. Location The location is highly convenient, situated near a metro station which makes getting around the city effortless. Plus, the surrounding area is packed with a wide variety of great places to eat. Overall: A wonderful hotel that balances convenience with relaxation. I would definitely stay here again!

Leider keine gute Empfehlung Das Hotel ist grundsatzlich ok aber leider nichts was man nicht hundertfach in Paris findet. Das, was es eigentlich ausmachen sollte, der Spa Bereich, ist leider gesperrt. Der Hinweis, dass er nicht benutzbar ist fehlt auf der Homepage. Vor Ort sagte man, das ware zu kurzfristig gewesen. Leider zu spat gesehen, dass das vor einem Monat auch schon so war. Auch jetzt wirbt das Hotel weiterhin damit obwohl es nicht zur Verfugung steht. Unsere Beschwerde, dass wir nicht bereit sind, 400 Euro pro Nacht fur ein kleines Zimmer zu zahlen fur einen Service der nicht zur Verfugung steht wurde mit dem Hinweis begegnet man konne fur 1 h in den Spa. Was nun. Kaputt oder doch nicht? Eine geforderte Reduktion der ubernachtungskosten wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde uns ein (1!!!) Getrank spendiert. Wenn also die Benutzung des Spa wie in der Antwort auf die letzte Rezension im Januar 85 Euro Kostet dann wurde ich eine Reduktion um diese Summe pro Nacht erwarten. Wir hatten den Spa namlich bereits im Voraus gebucht. Aber hey, ein Aperol Spritz fur 10 Euro tut es doch auch. Mathematik durchgefallen. Wer also viel Geld fur durchschnittlichen Service ausgeben will, gerne belogen wird und sehen mochte wie wie Problemmanagement auf keinen Fall funktioniert ist hier genau richtig. Aber ich bin mir sicher, dass das Hotel wie in den anderen negativen Rezensionen sein handeln auch hier wieder als Heldentat darstellen wird. Anhand der Antwort wird klar, dass sich das Hotel offenbar nicht mal die Muhe gemacht hat meine Rezension zu lesen. Wir hatten Hotel mit Spa gebucht. Also nichts mit zusatzlich 85 Euro. Bleibt bloss fern. Das ist eine Bande von Betrugern. Da zahlt nur das Geld. Die Zufriedenheit des Gastes ist egal.

Schones Hotel mit toll gestalteten und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Die Einrichtung wirkt modern und gepflegt, sodass man sich im Zimmer grundsatzlich sehr wohlfuhlen kann. Leider gibt es einen grossen Minuspunkt: Auf der Website wird ein Spa-Bereich beworben, der wahrend unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen war. Weder vor der Anreise noch bei der Ankunft wurden wir daruber informiert. Erst als wir den Spa nutzen wollten, hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass dieser geschlossen ist. Das war sehr enttauschend, da der Spa ein wichtiger Grund fur unsere Buchung war. Insgesamt ein schones Hotel, aber die fehlende Information uber den geschlossenen Spa ist sehr argerlich und hatte unbedingt vorher kommuniziert werden mussen.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Petit Beaumarchais! These one star reviews are ridiculous. I was allowed to check into my room right off my red eye flight which was amazing. At check in they let me know the float pool was under construction and gave me the option to still use the sauna, or book a hammam spa session at their nearby sister hotel. I ended up doing neither option (too busy walking around beautiful Paris!), which they noticed at check out, and offered a free breakfast. My room was small, but it's Europe, it's supposed to be small. I could see the Eiffel Tower from my room which was great. The chocolates and handwritten note were a lovely touch. The location is great and staff were friendly and helpful! I'd stay here again! Just an FYI: if they ask at check in if a "bathtub is ok" they mean no attached shower head.

They have an elevator and a kettle in the room but the coffee is instant and they do not provide anything but black tea. the Spa is Broken, I am staying in room 402 and i am disappointed to see that the Tv does not allow streaming. This was communicated in the fine print but was not apparent - furthermore their spa is broken and they would not give me a refund - all the reviews on their website are verified according to THEIR standards. I have been here since January 31st 2026 to date and will be here until Feb 6th. I am looking for a cheap hotel elsewhere so I can leave early - even without a refund. Furthermore they explicitly told me the spa was not going to be FIXED until mid March... i asked to see it and they said it was a construction site. They only have one channel in english and it's the french news. I just re booked another spa hotel in a better area for 1500 - which is less than half for what I paid here - and look forward to re - doing my birthday. and I made the new booking for over valentines day ... and still WAY CHEAPER - and it has multiple pools, sauan, steam ect and smart tv's, coffee machines in room as to not create more expenses for the guests ect.... It was my birthday and I was traveling alone and they had zero remorse. I don't know what I was thinking by going there.

Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour dans cet hotel. En couple mais pour un sejour professionnel, le personnel y a ete plutot accueillant. Je trouve que les services (petit dejeuner, equipements des chambres etc...) correspondent plus a du 3 qu'a du 4. Par contre le bassin de flotaison est incroyable. Un vrai plus, ajoute a l'emplacement de l'hotel cela fait un combo tres sympa. Je recommande cet hotel meme si je trouve le tarif un peu eleve pour la prestation.

Hormis l'emplacement et le professionnalisme l'accueil de l'hotel, je ne vois pas d'autres qualites pour cet hotel... Chambre ridiculement petite (a peine la place de tourner autour du lit, pas de place pour les valises, ...), douche et lavabo sans cloison et directement dans la chambre (aucune intimite) ( heureusement les toilettes sont dans une piece fermee), pas de frigo, ... personnel du petit dejeuner pas aimable du tout, piscine fermee,... Nous avions pourtant une chambre superieure avec terrasse! Pas digne d'un hotel 4 etoiles...Le rapport qualite prix est deplorable. Nous n'y retournerons pas.
