Hotel & Spa Regent Petite France à Strasbourg

Brilliant in every way!! The location is sheer perfection..step outside and you are in the centre of petit france. All the staff are incredible, polite and so professional. I had a nasty fall on the cobblestones ( beware Ladies) and all the staff asked how I was the following days!. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully furnished..turn down services and so much more. My husband and I had a massage which was divine and nothing is too much trouble. There is aircon which is needed and lifts. I could go on but I will only say if you don't book here your nuts

Some hotels are simply a place to sleep. Regent Petite France feels like you're actually staying inside the postcard of Strasbourg. The location is unbelievable. You walk out the door and you are immediately in the middle of everything that makes Petite France so special -- canals, bridges, flowers hanging from windows, people sitting outside with wine, little streets that somehow look even better at night than they do during the day. Honestly, half the time we just stood outside the hotel looking around thinking, "this can't be real." Our room was incredible with a view that made it hard to leave in the morning. Watching the boats pass through the canals while the city slowly woke up was one of those travel moments you remember long after the trip is over. The staff could not have been more helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and relaxed, never forced or overly formal. They helped with recommendations, directions, questions -- anything we needed. You could tell they truly cared that guests enjoyed Strasbourg. The entire hotel somehow feels luxurious without being stuffy. Comfortable, elegant, quiet, and perfectly placed in the center of it all. Only very minor thing -- the shower setup could be a little more accessible depending on mobility or preference -- but honestly, it barely registered compared to how much we loved staying here. If you're visiting Strasbourg and want to fully experience Petite France instead of just walking through it for an hour, stay here. We already miss waking up there.

Hotel magnifique ou je viens chaque fois quand je passe a Strasbourg. Tres bien situe Accueil des concierges et voituriers exceptionnelles. Reception tres moyen et incapable de tenir un fichier client. Bref. Gros bemol. Le lobby de l'hotel est glace 20 degres et les salles de bain,meme avec le thermostat a fond , un frigidaire. En plus pas de chausson pour vous rechauffer mais des tongs qui vous blessent les pieds Donc ne pas venir en.hiver ou emmener vos chaussons et une bouilloire. Spa tres pro, tres bon massage. Restaurant toujours ferme et ca chaque fois que je viens

This hotel make my trip really special! The staff are kind and respectful, room was clean and room service was good, location is great and room view as well, also the spa was amazing, I like this experience and I would repeat it someday

Das Hotel liegt wirklich mitten im historischen Wasserviertel! Das hat Vorteile aber auch den Nachteil, dass man da mit dem Auto nur sehr tricky hinkommt. Mit der Adresse ,,5 rue de moulins" kann namlich das Navi schon mal gar nichts anfangen. Durch gezieltes Ignorieren diverser Fahrverbote und umfassendem Wissen findet man den Weg vielleicht kurz bevor man die Nerven vollends verliert. In meinem Fall (Anreise mit dem Motorrad) habe ich kapituliert und habe mich schliesslich mit viel Gepack, Helm und Jacke und so durchgefragt bis ich nach schweisstreibenden 30 Minuten Marsch ankam... Das Hotel verfugt wohl uber ein paar wenige Parkplatze, diese sind dann aber auch sundhaft teuer. Hatte ich im Navi ,,Restaurant Marco Polo" eingegeben, ware ich nah dran gewesen, da muss man dann nur noch mutig auf die Insel fahren... Nun gut, ist man dann mal angekommen, ist das Hotel duchaus schon, nobel und komfortabel, so wie sich das fur 5 Sterne auch gehort. Dafur ist der Preis dann auch in Ordnung. Das Fruhstuck ist nice, nicht ganz 5 Sterne aber ganz ok.

Habitaciones muy ruidosas por la manana temprano, por los carros de la ropa. Esto es un problema. El desayuno no esta ni mucho menos a la altura de un 5 estrellas, ni siquiera un 4 diria yo. A destacar que son muy serviciales y la ubicacion.

Location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Strausbourg. Short walk from the train station. Scenic. The lobby and restaurant are modern and feel high end. Service was good. Check in was easy. Our room was on the third floor. Sort of awkward to get to with the bags as ours was located on part of the floor where you need to descend a short staircase. The rooms are modern and quite large. Well appointed with closets, a room safe, TV, fridge/minibar, coffee/expresso maker, etc. Bathroom was a little bit dated and the shower is awkward to use but it gets the job done (its more of a tub with a wand than a shower). We didn't eat at the restaurant. Check out was simple. I was not able to use the spa, but I could see the jacuzzi type tub from our room window and it looked quite nice. Another thing to consider that we did not realize....we were on the third floor and it got pretty warm during the daytime the two days of our stay...this heated the room up quite a bit. I couldn't get the temperature controlled so I called the front desk. They told me that there is no air conditioning and to open a window. With the windows opened we were just fine. But I do wonder what it would be like during a hot summer month. We've been to Seattle a few times, and people there live without air conditioning, but with global warming and some of the heat waves, it can get quite uncomfortable especially for sleeping when temps reach 80 to 90+ F.
