Le Cemarose Gite & Spa Epernay en Champagne à Epernay

Delighted we found La Cemarose for our visit to Epernay. Gorgeous cottage, well equipped, very clean, great location. Garden is beautiful and the hot tub was great to relax in after a day exploring. Very quiet, 10 minute walk to centre or we used local taxi company, Champagne Taxi to get about too. Alexandrine was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She kept me well informed and the information sent through before our arrival was really useful to make the most of our stay. We arrived late in the evening so really appreciated the option of the fridge being stocked with some essentials for our arrival! We were celebrating my Dads birthday so the card and banner were a lovely touch! Highly recommend La Cemarose as a great base to explore Epernay. Thank you Alexandrine and Cedric for a magical stay.

We zijn heel tevreden over het verblijf. Goede locatie voor uitstappen , alles is aanwezig in het verblijf, heel proper. sympathieke en zorgzame uitbaters, jacuzzi is top. Bedankt, absolute aanrader!

We had a lovely stay. Alex was an amazing host. She identified lots of hospitality options for us in town and was available for questions all the time. We enjoyed cooking at the house as well as walking into town. The spa was fabulous and it was great to have an option for laundry. Highly recommend!

C'est la deuxieme fois qu'on vient dans ce formidable gite. Nous sommes tres contents de nos sejours. Nous avons bien profite du jacuzzi et des activites disponibles aux alentours (visites de caves, Epernay, Reims)

Vi ar sa otroligt nojda over detta boende. Det hade allt och varden var snabb med att svara nar vi hade funderingar och loste allt snabbt. Ett valdigt fint boende!! 10 av 10 stjarnor och vi kommer absolut rekommendera detta boende till vanner som kommer besoka champagne

We had an amazing 3-day stay at this wonderful house in Epernay! Nestled on a very quiet street, it provided us with excellent sleep and relaxation. The whirlpool was a fantastic highlight, and the house was well-equipped for our needs. Alex, our host, was incredibly friendly and showcased true hospitality throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Champagne region, with everything in Epernay in walking distance. This house is highly recommended for families or groups of up to 6 people, with three comfortable bedrooms. We would love to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay! It's a house where you immediately feel at home: beautifully decorated with great atmosphere and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay with friends or family. Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven op onze Champagne ontdekkingstocht! We waren hier als gezin met volwassen kinderen en hebben volop genoten van de rust, de ruimte en de sfeer. Het huis is comfortabel, met zorg en smaak ingericht - je voelt je er meteen thuis. De grote tuin is echt een paradijs: overal bloemen, zingende vogels, verse kruiden, frambozen en groenten die we mochten plukken. We hebben er de tijd tussen Champagne proeverijen en fietstochten doorgebracht, lezend, koffiedrinkend of gewoon genietend van de natuur. De keuken is uitstekend! Het was extra bijzonder om te koken met ingredienten uit de tuin en samen buiten te eten. De ligging is perfect: in een rustige buurt, maar toch op loopafstand van het centrum van Epernay en de champagnehuizen. Verhuurster Alex was hartelijk, duidelijk in haar communicatie. Check-in/out flexibel na 17.00 uur met sleutelkastje. We kijken met veel plezier terug op deze dagen - het voelde als een warm en rijk verblijf. Een plek om te onthouden en om naar terug te verlangen.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt - absolute Empfehlung! Wir haben funf wundervolle Tage im Le Cemarose und Spa in Epernay verbracht und sind absolut begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet hochsten Komfort. Mit drei Schlafzimmern, vier gemutlichen Betten, zwei modernen Badern, zwei WCs sowie einem grossen, gepflegten Garten mit Whirlpool, Grill und Lounge-Bereich mit viel Platz lasst das Haus keine Wunsche offen. Der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight - er wurde taglich gereinigt, was uns sehr beeindruckt hat. Auch der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war sehr praktisch. Die voll ausgestattete Kuche, inklusive zwei Kaffeemaschinen und vielen Extras, machte das Kochen zum Vergnugen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hochwertige und neuwertige Mobiliar, das dem Haus eine besonders einladende Atmosphare verleiht. Die Lage ist ideal: sehr ruhig, aber dennoch fusslaufig nur etwa 15 Minuten vom Zentrum Epernays und der beruhmten Avenue de Champagne entfernt. Ein grosses Dankeschon an den ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgeber, der uns wahrend des Aufenthalts immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Wir konnen Le Cemarose Gite und Spa uneingeschrankt weiterempfehlen - ein perfekter Ort fur eine erholsame Auszeit in der Champagne!

Ours was a trip to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday with family and friends. We were a party of 6 adults visiting Epernay for the 1st time. Wow what a very special time we all had and made more so by Alex's charming recently renovated home just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Epernay. It had everything you could need for a trip to this beautiful area of France. Alex has been great from the moment we booked our trip, with lots of information about the area, what to do and see. She even rushed out to get us charcoal and matches for our 1st night BBQ. Thank you so much Alex.

We ( family of 5 adults ) spent 5 nights here over Easter and really enjoyed the home from home . Location - Great location ( up a steep hill ) minutes from vineyards and a superb view and approx 20 min walk into town with many shops and restaurants and of course the Avenue de Champagne . Facilities - The hot tub in the garden was very welcomed when it rained or we wanted to relax after a lot of walking . We used the BBQ and cooked as well and there were lots of cooking utensils.(only needed matches for the BBQ) but everything is easy to buy locally .The beds weee comfortable and the sheets and towels clean and soft . Extra pillows and blankets were available .The blankets in the living room were a nice touch to cosy under in front of the TV or with a book. It was really helpful to have a washing machine and drier and also to charge our electric car . I loved listening to the music on the speaker from the turntable and also making fresh coffee . Recommendations - maybe some extra hangers and units next to bed to hold more things , maybe some drawers in the garden bedroom- but really nothing that we couldn't survive ! Things to Know - Shampoo and Shower gel was provided and there is a hairdryer as well . Kitchen has a variety of things like Oil, vinegar , salt, and herbs . The spa robes are a nice touch as well . There are a lot of rules as has been mentioned before but if you want the property to remain like a lovely home then it is easier to read the guides and help the owners maintain their beautiful home in a top class condition. Tips- order the spa towels or bring your own for the hot tub Try and go to the local market on Saturday morning for the best local produce Take some time to look over the digital guide annd get to know the anrea and book your restaurants in advance. Alex popped in to say hi and also popped in twice to check and maintain their hot tub .Alex was very responsive on what's app and email Before and during the trip for any help at all. We enjoyed the champagne that Alex also provided - Thank you so much I highly recommend this newly refurbished home in Epernay and it is a fabulous base to explore the area .

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Super locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum. Huis is prachtig onderhouden, goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijne slaapkamers en badkamers. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Hele fijne host, goed contact mee gehad. Laadpaal voor de auto was ook ideaal. Bedankt voor de goede zorgen! We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen

Lovely house and garden. Loved eating on the terrace admiring the views. Quiet location but easy walk into town. So many great champagne houses!

A Wonderful Stay in Epernay! We had an amazing time at this beautiful townhouse in Epernay. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the Champagne region. The host was welcoming and provided great local tips. Walking distance to Avenue de Champagne and plenty of charming restaurants and cafes nearby. A perfect base for a relaxing getaway--we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

La Cemarose is a very beautiful gite with an amazing garden (with spa). We were unfortunately not so lucky with the weather, but we loved staving in the house. There were quite some rules, but I get that the owners want to keep the house as nice as it is. The town center is a bit of a walk and the nearest boulangerie is about 15 minutes walk. Would definately stay here again!

Alex is the ultimate host. So helpful, responsive and friendly. The house is perfectly placed and you are the heart of the Epernay community. A welcoming bottle of champagne was a delight and the house had everything we could want. The spa garden was perfect to relax in the warm bubbling water with a glass of champagne we picked up on one of our visits to great champagne houses around the Marne. Restaurants that Alex recommended were close by and excellent.
