Good location, Modern styled rooms. Near the port.

Fab hotel. Excellent location, service and wine bar. There were 12 of us. Staff could not be more helpful as 6 men lugged large bike boxes around. And we had such fun in Catherine's- their wine bar. Cool, friendly, reasonably priced.

Etablissement agreable mais rapport qualite prix un peu eleve. Tres bon accueil, chambre propre et confortable, decoration soignee mais peu d'interaction avec le personnel voire contact froid, peu de service (pas de parking, pas de salle de sport, pas de piscine, pas de Spa accessible en dehors d'une reservation payante en supplement de la chambre). Insonorisation moyenne, que ce soit pour les bruits exterieurs ou pour les bruits de l'hotel (ascenseurs, couloirs). Emplacement ideal pour vadrouiller dans Nice cependant. Petit dejeuner simple mais efficace (pas de buffet) cependant service tres moyen (peut etre le temps de se mettre en place, c'est le debut de la saison mais on sent un personnel non experimente, de l'attente, un oubli alors que peu d'affluence et les conflits entre eux ne devraient pas se faire face aux clients...).

This was our first stay at Palais Segurane, and I think it's absolutely fantastic - the hotel itself is new and very clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Plus, the coffee and breakfast at Catherine's are delicious. The location is great - it's a peaceful retreat close to the city center and the sea. I'll be back :)

What a fantastic experience staying here was! A short walk to the port and beach in one direction, and a short walk into the old town in the other. A great location, helpful staff and a very comfortable room indeed!

Beautifully appointed efficient room with 2 chair sitting area, double sink bath with large walk-in shower separated using thick frosted glass doors, kitchenette with 2 burner vented induction cooktop, combo microwave/baking oven, Nespresso and large under counter built-in refrigerator. Queen-size bed was very comfortable with electrical sockets, both low and high voltage, on each side by nightstand. The closet contained a safe, ironing board and iron. Our room was on a corner so we had two windows that both opened giving a lovely cross breeze. What a great room!

Good boutique hotel next to the Parc de la Colline du Chateau. Old town, Promenade des anglais, port, tram in walking distance. Windows could be improved in terms of noise cancelling but overall very good experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palais Segurane. The interior design is stunning--elegant, modern, and very tastefully done. Every corner of the hotel feels like a piece of art. What truly made our stay special was the enthusiastic and professional staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Nice. It's just a short stroll from Castle Hill (Colline du Chateau) for the best views of the city, and very conveniently located near the tram/metro station, making airport transfers and city travel a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in Nice!

Charming hotel in a great walkable location in the heart of nice. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. We had the mezzanine room which was very spacious for our group of 3 women. However, the upstairs room, which doesn't have a window was very stuffy for sleeping, even with the provided fan and the heat turned off. Loved having a well appointed kitchen. The staff was lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, just not in the mezzanine room.
