Staff extremely kind and helpful! Practically everyone we met, were kind and helpful and we appreciate that very much. Rooms were quite simple and it would be good to know which rooms have a bath and which have shower without the bath. We were a group of older ladies and some had problems climbing into the bath to shower. The spa is very small and focus on relaxation. Also there the staff was mainly very kind and polite and helpful and we enjoyed visiting. It would be convenient if spa could open a bit earlier than 10 in the morning for the hotel guests. I often go swimming / spa early in the morning before breakfast. The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options. Our room was in the first floor, facing the sea, but the room was surprisingly quiet. I would have expected more noise from traffic. The location is unbeatable, by the sea and Promenade des Anglais, yet within easy walk from the old town. We will definitely come back some day!

The room is just so antiquated The furniture wobbles I'm not even kidding there is no washcloths dirty rugs in the room no bathrobes No air condition in the rooms You have to open the door to cool your room the bed is practically on the ground I made a joke like we were camping It doesn't have any kind of presentation at all The sheets and quilt are old It was really bad and the excuses that they have for everything are just unreal when I asked for a washcloth he said they don't put them in the rooms anymore because people shine their shoes with them when I asked about air conditioning he said that the building is old and they can't add the air condition in certain rooms oh I forgot The terrace even has fake grass that's old and the chairs out there are old as well would definitely not recommend The location is great but that's it!

Deceptively charming hotel situated by the seafront. Spacious, well decorated bedrooms. Period artwork, large mirrors, yet accomodates modern features. Helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great sea views, well served by public transport, close to attractions. A highly recommended gem on the French Riveria.

la chambre 208 etait top ! le service pareil seul bemol il faut etre habitue a la circulation de de la promenade des anglais malgre que l'hotel soit bien insonorise. je souhaitais mettre un avis a Andreycia l'estheticienne du spa qui fait des massages incroyables !! rarement vu ca !! merci

"Nous avons passe un moment incroyable au Westminster pour l'anniversaire d'une amie. Tout a ete parfait du debut a la fin. Nous avons commence par le restaurant Le Duc : une cuisine fine, raffinee et savoureuse. Le service etait impeccable et aux petits soins, avec une attention particuliere tres touchante pour notre amie au moment du dessert. La journee s'est poursuivie au Spa ou Claire nous a accueillies comme des reines. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace en toute intimite pendant 1h30, et le massage qui a suivi a ete une veritable parenthese magique. Une offre combinee (repas, spa et massage) que je recommande les yeux fermes. Un immense merci a toute l'equipe pour ce moment d'exception !"

You'll note this hotel (see picture) says it has beautiful air conditioned rooms. It's a lie. We thought there was a technical issue but when we approached them, the manager, who was quite arrogant and behaved in an uninterested way advised me curtly that the south of the hotel is not air-conditioned because it is cold at night. He said the ventilation would work, bringing cold air sinde from outside. I told him it was a 4 star hotel and I wanted to have a nap (my phone was telling me the room is 25 degrees) and he didn't seem to care. The hotel was fully booked so he couldn't offer a northfacing room. He sent a technician up who confirmed that none of it was working. And it wasn't supposed to work for another 3 days. He also had no interest in offering any type of compensation. That could have been access to their facilities or a discount or breakfast. Finally, we are here for 2 nights. There are sea view rooms with air conditioning that works for tomorrow night available in their website, which he did not offer. He had zero interest, zero customer service. As it stands, while their rooms may be nice, I chose a 4 star hotel, not a sauna. And certainly not a sauna with such a rude manager unwilling to do anything to help. I would avoid this hotel and it's rude uninterested staff at all costs. I suppose I should be grateful for the fan and a window. Disgraceful. ** Further update - "could I have an iron please?" "no, you can go and use the iron in a room opposite room 214" See the pictures of the basic iron. Not even a steam iron and the cord doesn't reach far enough to iron your clothes. The joke keeps going at this place.

Sejour du 30 avril au 5 mai 2025. Nous sommes habitues de cet hotel qui reste pour nous un des meilleurs rapports qualite-prix. Nous avons pris nos habitudes chaque annee depuis 2021 ! Notre suite junior vue mer 518 est notre havre de paix. Le personnel est tres serviable et competent. Le directeur commercial et Gwenaelle a la reservation sont desireux de satisfaire leurs clients. Nous reviendrons des que possible.
