A hidden gem in the most sought after area of the French Riviera: Cap d'Antibes. 200 yards from the beautiful beach Plage Port Mallet. This boutique hotel has 15 spacious modern and elegant rooms only and is located in a very quiet street. The swimming pool and its surroundings are lovely. The owners take special care of the garden. The food is at Michelin star level combining fine taste with artistic presentation of plates. Impeccable service, staff very friendly and all English speakers. We will definitely come back.

We stayed here in early October and it was an absolute dream. 10/10 Rooms were wonderfully kept, always clean and stocked. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Guest services were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is definitely worth including on your stay. It was honestly my favourite breakfast that I had on my entire two week trip through Italy & France - simple, fresh and perfect. I loved our stay here, would absolutely stay here again.

Be very careful when booking this accommodation. I booked well in advance of a work trip and they cancelled the reservation, only to repost the room at significantly higher price.

Villa Fabulite is truly a hidden gem! I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period, and it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and warm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The rooms were immaculately clean, well decorated and very spacious. One of the highlights of my stay was the bed - it felt like sinking into a cloud at the end of each day. Equally relaxing were the pool and the hammam, both perfect spots to rewind and recharge. The location was also amazing. The beach is just a minute's walk from the hotel, so we've spent many hours swimming in the sea and soaking in the sun, truly making the most of the serene surroundings. All in all, Villa Fabulite is a peaceful oasis and an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend it enough!

A brilliant, small and peaceful hotel, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff are incredibly nice- Sabrina, Martine and the whole team made us feel extremely welcome and provided some great suggestions. I would strongly recommend the hotel!
